I have been meaning to post about these burgers for a couple weeks now. I have been busy with school and have been slacking on this blog compared to Harley!
These burgers were absolutely delicious to have on a warm summer night and I’m excited to share it with you guys. The recipe itself is fairly simple, just a great way to add flavour to your burgers.
Montreal Steak Spice Mix (you can find recipes online or buy it in stores)
Lettuce or other mixed greens
First off you want to start with a clean counter top because you’ll be handling raw meat. Spice the beef before shaping it to allow the spices to get into the meat as well as on the outside.
Shape the meat to your preferred size of hamburger. I personally like them on the larger size. After your hamburger patties are formed make sure that you season them before putting them on the grill.
Grill to your preferred doneness. Mine were done to medium rare. Add cheese on a few minutes before you want to take the burgers off so you can get the perfect amount of melty cheese.
Drizzle on some of your favourite barbecue sauce and add some toppings.
